Blue Coast was founded in Nice in 2017. Since then, our goal has always been to offer you unique beers, brewed according to the rules of the art and of impeccable quality. Whether it's our classic Blonde or our latest seasonal release, we approach everything as we have since day one – with passion. Our commitment to local craftsmanship is not only a guarantee of excellence but above all a way of life that will allow you to fully enjoy the Côte d'Azur, a Blue Coast by hand.
The Blue Coast brewery is located in the “EcoValley” of Nice, France. Our 800 m2 facility is equipped with a very modern brewing system of 25HL. In addition to that, we have 575HL of fermentation capacity, split in 12 mash tuns. All our equipment is isobarometric.

330ml bottle. Jet black colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, slowly diminishing, minimally lacing, beige head. Roasty and chocolately, slightly spicy, dark malty and slightly caramel malty aroma, notes of dark caramel, dark chocolate, dry cocoa, some toffee, herbal-fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of juniper berry. Taste is sweet-ish, nutty and chocolately, slightly roasty and spicy, dark and caramel malty, notes of dark caramel, treacle, cocoa, some dark chocolate, milk chocolate, bitter, herbal-fruity hoppy counterpart with hints of juniper berry; lingering hoppy, spicy malty and minimally warming, alcoholic finish.
Slightly viscous, dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium, soft, mildly prickly carbonation.
Clean, focussed, not overly complex, relatively easy drinkable - pretty decent.

Taste is roasty and chocolately, dark malty with some residual sweetness, notes of toffee, maple syrup, cocoa, some mocha.
Dissolved sugar enriched watery, almost a tad viscous, but still "watery-fluid" texture, smooth and minimally dry palate, medium, dense, prickly carbonation.
Nice composition, homogeneous, focussed, not overly complex, relatively drinkable - not necessarily the "last beer of the evening" kind of Imperial Stout.
