Keg at BD Inverurie. It pours clear rich golden - amber with a medium, foamy white head. The aroma is doughy bread, banana split, clove rock, melon, marshmallow, nougat and cereal. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, spicy, clove rock, toothy, foamy banana candy, estery, cereal, toasty grain, hay, grass and grain with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Quite a lot of banana character. Fine, but a half is enough.

Taste comprises stoned fruits, light white peppery spice, yeast esters, orange rinds, candied fruit peel, tickle of herb garden. Medium bodied with a little teeth, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent light boosty saison.
