Tall US can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, March 22. Thanks Jeremy for muling this back from the States. Hazy yellow appearance, large white head. Typically sweet American tripel character, creamy and silky smooth on the palate. Bit sugary at times but decent overall.

Monday 7th March 2022, monthly beer exchange in Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Usual 5 suspects sharing beers and talking bollocks. I brought the 16oz can of this, it was from my 2021 US Secret Santa, cheers Brad. Really enjoy a good Belgian style Tripel and this was true to form, sweet, orangey and yeasty (in a good way). Clean golden body, white head, looked the part as well as smelling and tasting it!
