clear yellow, smooth small white head. lime, tequila and flat beer in the aroma. flavor is flat beer, lime, faint booze (tequila). not refreshing.

Nice aroma of pears, apple, and oak wood, no head, decent dark yellow colour. Taste is very soft apples and little else, a bit simplistic from my perspective, and a sweet finish.

Bottle @ Brugmansia/Fonefan Tasting, April 2010. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Nose and flavor are dust, paper and corn. Watery.

Canned 330ml. -from Carrefour somewhere in Madrid. Pale yellow coloured, small white head that went away nowhere, salty nose. Weak grainy with notes of brewing cereals and maize. Short bitterish finish with touch of metal. Another supermarket crap.

Canned 500ml. -from Carrefour somewhere in Madrid. Yellow coloured, small white head that went away slowly, very lively carbonation, dusty corn nose. Water with buttery, corny and some grainy notes. Short, almost tasteless finish. Typical supermarket beer.

Can, 4.7%. Clear yellow colour. Big stable white head. Thin flavour, a little grainy. Standard cheap lager.

Sampled under the name of Bière Blonde de Tradition for Belgium. Thanks to Stefaan. Short-lived white head over clear metallic-golden beer. Sharpish caramel/toasted nose. Almondy aroma warming up. Again caramel in the taste, if not very outspoken. Faint almondy bitterness in the finish, but aftertaste is really sweet. Rather low carbonation, light body. Lifeless beer, obviously dead-pasteurized. Very boring tradition, I’d say.

Bottled 330ml. -from Carrefour Bratislava. 4pack 5.99€. Yellow/golden coloured, medium sized white head (very fizzy). The nose and the taste are usual for this kind of beer, still here completely prevailes faint tequila (alcohol). Also quite sweet. Crap. What a waste of money and big question: what to do with other three bottles???

Can. golden colour with an off-white head. Aroma is alcohol, malt. flavour is alcohol, malt, fruit, hop. Boring beer.

Can, courtesy of MiP. A clear, golden beer topped by a small, off-white head. Malty-sweet nose with some alcohol. The flavor is pretty much the same, with some bitterness added. Full-bodied and way too warming. It’s sort of drinkable, and not completely awful, and I bet it does its job, get you drunk really fast for little money. 091024
