Description
Great beer starts with great ingredients.
We work with specialty hop growers around the world to find lots worth building a beer around.
Ultra Hopped Ale is what happens when that obsession comes together: vivid hop character, real balance, beer that asks you to slow down and pay attention.
The chase is the whole point. We just happen to brew it in Pittsburgh.

473ml can at Juova, Helsinki.
The beer poured hazy and orange in color.
Juicy, thick tropical fruits mostly, fresh feel. Nice brewery tick! Touch of bitterness.

Can, thx Ogi for sharing with Hrabren and me! Murky full yellow body, opaque, off-white head, small, fleeting. Yellow stone fruit, spruce, oats, citrusy touches, herbal notes in the aroma. Smooth but lean, dry taste, strong herbal notes, spruce, citric, ends in hop burn... eh. Too ruff.

473ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Fruity and mildly herbal-grassy, hoppy aroma, rather neutral, minimallay grainy, pale malty and minimally wheaty malty background, unspecific fruitiness, "green" and "yellow" pear and melon aspects, herbal undertones. Taste is mildly bitter, herbal-grassy and fruity hoppy, pale and wheaty malty basis with low residual sweetness and a minimally grainy touch, unspecific fruitiness again, hints of pear, melon, basil, marjory, pear and basil sorbet.
Creamy texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Well crafted, not overly intense, interesting herbal-earthy aspects enhance the fruitiness like a pinch of salt refines pastries - nice.

Can, thx Ogi for sharing with Hrabren and me! Murky, opaque body, pale yellow body, off-white thick, tiny head. Huge NZ herbs, oats, some lemon and a bunch of grapes, bit oniony. Bit sprucey, oniony yellow fruity taste, creamy. Not bad, not great.

473ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average to huge, dense, frothy to creamy, slowly diminishing, moderately lacing, white head. Amalgamated, slightly tropical and citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, minimally sugary, oaty and wheaty malty background, unspecific fruitiness in a spectrum between melon, lemon, orange, white grapes, quince, neither of them predominant nor particularly explicit. Taste is mildly bitter and minimally tart-ish, fruity hoppy, oaty and slightly wheaty malty basis with some residual sweetness, fruit spectrum is comparable to the aroma but shifted towards more citrusy regions, hints of lemon and grapefruit on top, a more "neutral" body of melon, pear, white grapes, minimally earthy and herbal aspects at the "center of gravitiy", basil, maybe sorrel.
Creamy-watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Quite complex, multifacetted, seemingly light and dangerously drinkable - very good.
