Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Clear pale gold colour, some bubbles on top and aroma of apple, parma violet sweets hint. Taste is sweet, appley, parma violets, sugary, with some citric acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, sweet finish. Quite OK

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, afew bubbles on top and aroma of irish whiskey, vanilla, apple, wood barrel, oak. Taste is sweet, irish cream, coconut, vanilla, woody, oak, apple, with some whiskey hints. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium drying appley finish. Quite drinkable.

9/4/2026. From BIAB at the Isle of Man CAMRA 13th Beer & Cider Festival. Pours fine. Irish cream and apple aroma. Sweet Irish coffee cream taste. Hardly a puritans cider but I quite liked this one.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Very pale yellow gold colour, white bubbly head that dissipates and aroma of honey, flowery, heather, vanilla hint. Taste is sweetish, honey, heathery, woody, herbal, with alittle tartness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying flowery finish. Quite drinkable.

1/9/2025. Bottle bought direct from the producer. Pours clear very pale gold with a few bubbles. Aroma is light honey, flowery, green, apple blossom, white grape. Semi-dry. Not too sweet, though honey sweetness does come through as the initial dryness fades. Very slight sparkle to the carbonation. Drinks like a white wine. A very drinkable mead at 9% rather than being a sipper mead. Dangerously hides its abv.
