Starting on a low volume nanobrew kit, we create small batch beers which allows us to experiment, explore and develop beers that are full of flavour and don't compromise on quality for the sake of quantity.

30/10/2023. Cask pour shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear very dark brown with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma is dark malts, roasted, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, dark fruits, tar edge. Moderate sweetness, quite heavy roasted bitterness. Moderate body, watery, average carbonation. Not bad.

Cask-conditioned at the Falcon, York 13/9/2023. Almost black in colour and opaque, with a tight, off-white, head. Chocolate fondant, toasty malts, coffee beans, before a roasted finish. Pleasant drinking.

Cask-conditioned at the Falcon, York 14 September 2023. Golden in colour, with plenty of citrus hop character, tangerines and pineapple, a suggestion of pine, biscuity malts and a dryish finish. Enjoyable.
