Indian Pale Ale de fermentación fría. Refrescante, lupulada y amarga; sabor limpio a malta y aroma de frutos tropicales. Brillante, dorada y moderadamente fuerte, final seco.

Definitely the weakest of all the Hisca beers. A little lime and some hay. A light touch of something off here, but much more drinkable than some of the really infected stuff from other breweries in the region. Light tangy finish. Bottle at the Terracotta House in Villa de Leyva while listening to a tour description.

Grapefruit and pineapple. Golden pour with good head and lacing. Some orange peel and a small note of ripe plum. Good stuff. Tap at brewery.

Light rust and a dash of caramel. Dark copper pour with decent head. Crisp finish with a little citrus. A little toast too. Very crisp and nice for an amber. Bottle at brewery. Note - Had his again at a waffle restaurant a few blocks from the brewery a couple days later in bottle and that one was definitely infected. Might be an issue of bottle conditioning going on.

Tap at brewery. Roast and some light coffee. Dark brownish pour, but there may be slight residuals from recent keg change going on here. Creamy head and great carpet lacing. Crisp finish. Nice beer for cool mountain nights in Villa de Leyva.
