(Draught at Olutkellari Helsinki on 2009-01-05) Amber. Hazy. Small white head. Lots of resin and pine in nose with some malty notes and fruitiness there, too. Full bodied and quite dry palate with medium carbonation. Pine, resin, bitterness, some toffee, little bit of fruitiness and medium maltiness in taste. Long lasting aftertaste with resin, pine and bittereness.

Draught in the Autumn of 2007 (by the times of OPP German Weeks). Asked Tom Skog, the late brewer of Stadin if this wass same as EPA or Fishing Rod and the answer was no, a different recipe has been used. Coppery amber/golden colour with creamy beige mediumsized white head. roma is fruity hops, slightly caramelly and vegetably. Flavour is flowery hops, grass and cooked vegetables. Also some mild sweet malty notes in it. Found I hadn’t rated this when going through old rating notebooks.

(Draught, as Stadin Autumn APA, at Hilpeä Hauki on 2008-10-10) Amber. A bit hazy. Medium sized quite long lasting white head. Piny aroma, Medium bodied, bit watery and dry palate with lot of carbonation. Pine, a little bit of malts and bitterness in taste. Nice at the beginning but turns dull.

Draught (Olutkellari,Helsinki) - Hazy amber in colour. Fruity and hoppy aroma with grapefruit,peach and tea. Tangy and fruity at first, it then becomes more hoppy and bitter with a bit of a tangy kick. Not bad at all.

Medium white head. Light amber body with carbonation. Powerful resiny fruity aroma with floral citric notes and some dusty malts. Sharp dry-sweet floral dusty hops taste with an acidic vinegary aftertaste. Acid is mild, but definitely there. Probably a good beer without this. (0.25l draft at Olutkellari, Helsinki. Bartender admits to vinegary flavour, but says all their 10 casks have had it. Offered to give me another beer for free. Have to rerate this to see if I can find it without vinegar.)

Draught (Olutkellari, Helsinki) - Amber/copper coloured with a small head. Grapefruit aroma with a pleasant hoppiness. Tangy and zesty taste with grapefruit and just a hint of chocolate featuring. Enjoyable.

Draught (Minuutti Baar, Helsinki) - Light copper coloured with a haze. Hoppy aroma with grapefruit and an acidic tinge. The taste is initially quite tangy with the hops and grapefruit notes being fairly evident. An interesting beer and easy to drink.

(Draught at Olukellari Helsinki on 2008-04-12) Golden and bit hazy. Medium sized white head. Lots of hops and some malts in nose. Taste is fruity at the beginning and turns bitter quite quickly. Hints of sweetness and lots of hops.

Draught. Amber colour with big fluffy head. Aroma is some grassy notes along with some wooden notes. Flavour is fruity and flowery hops with some wooden notes. Aftertaste leaves a bitterish dry hoppy feeling.

(From old notes, draught at Pullman’s as Pullman’s Ale) Good even impressive head. Fruity hops in nose. Rather full-bodied beer. The taste has got lots of malts and pleasant hoppiness.
