Flaske spandert av Rune. Delt hos ham. Svart. Middels høyt mokkafarget skum. Spotlacing. Aroma av kaffe og lakris. Smaken torv. Myk munnfølelse. Sjokolade i ettersmaken.

Tap at SOPP Turku. Copper colour, creamy beige head. Nose has caramalt, herbal-veggie notes. Light-bodied. Flavour is light ... caramalt, veggies, spices. Red saison with less saison character. Grissette-like. I am not a big fan of herb beers.

Smell of caramel, some syrup. Cloudy dark brown colour, high beige head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, some cough mixture and burnt sugar in finish. Rye is not distinguishable, a basic, decent bock. Sweet with medium bitterness. Half flat carbon, light texture.

Bottled, from Bottl3.5hop, Stockholm. Hazy deep golden, small head. Tart nose with lemon and cranberries. Light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Milky lemony tartness. Untidy and never pleasant. Going nowhere.

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2018. Smell of oak, roasted malt. Very dark brown colour, brown head. Aroma of aquavit, oak, roasted malt, some tar. Flat carbon, oily texture. Heavy body, sweet.

Tap @ SOPP Hki 2018. Smell of malts, straw. Dark copper colour, beige head. Aroma of malt, caramel, some grass. Lively carbon, medium bitter. Feels like an amber ale instead of saison.

Keg @ sopp 2018. Poured mahogany color with a thick off white head. Yeasty, banana wibes in aroma. Flavor has toast, some caramel, banana and yeast. Dry finish. Strange. Saison?
