Establecida en el año 2015 en la ciudad de Cuenca y desde entonces, nuestra cerveza artesanal ha trabajado para ser pionera y referente para Ecuador y el resto del mundo.

33cl bottle pours a clear gold with some white head. Nose has malt, honey, lime. Flavor has malt, nettles, lime. Finishes dry.

330ml bottle. Poured a clear, yellow color with a medium sized white head. Aroma was light sweet malts, a touch of corn. Mild, easy to drink, but a touch more malty than I generally enjoy.

From a 33 cl bottle. Pours a hazy gold. Aromas of caramel. Flavors are sweet caramel.

Light hops but mostly boring pale ale here. Golden pour with ok head. Clean boring finish. Bottle thanks to my wife.

Bottle. Hazy gold, off-white head. Aroma of grains and malt. Taste follows nose. Not as bad as some of the other reviews would have you believe, but nothing special, either.

Citrus and good malt complex. A little too much sugar but otherwise decent. Def the best Ecuadorian weizenbock ive had. Bottle. Amber pour. Bottle thanks to Maigua.

12oz bottle pours a clear amber with a ring of white head. Nose has malt, caramel, metal. Flavor is sweet with caramel, very adjunct heavy, corn syrup. Finishes sweet.

Bottle at the early December Ratebeer DC Tasting. Poured a dark copper color with a medium sized, dense, foamy white head. Aroma was roasted malts, sweet. Flavor had a little bit of grass, some light sweet malts. Decent.

From a bottle at the December 2018 DC RB gathering. Pours a clear pale mahogany with an off white head. Aroma of vanilla. Flavors are moderately sweet vanilla and oak.
