--Keg at the brewpub. -- Black with tan head. Caramelly nose with some aniseed. Mid sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel, coffee and aniseed. Mid bitter finish.

--Keg at the brewpub. -- Clear amber, mid sized head. Grainy nose with mild butter. Light bodied and dryish with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Grainy with low hop rate and bitterness.

Medium brown, thick head, sourish nose with a bit of roast. Thin, sourish and roasty. Some elements you want but overall doesn’t really have the cleanliness I’m looking for.

Ugly dull tan, thin head. Aroma of yeast and rancid butter. Tastes slimy. Diacetyl and yeast and nothing else. Ok, this one sucks.

Light brown, super murky, but with a thick head. Yeasty-worty aroma. Flat, with some fruity hop, and yeasty.
