On tap at the brewpub. Clear amber with white head. Malty, some caramel, somewhat watery, vague fruity notes. Sweetish.

Taster at Cholos Taproom, Cusco. Cloudy, dark red to black colored. AROMA- creamy, roasted malts, coffee, chocolate bonbon, caramel. FLAVOR- dry, moderately bitter, the same as aroma, earthy. Medium to fuller bodied. Tasty.
