Melkachtig gele kleur en niet al te dikke gebroken witte kraag. Geur van dank hops, citrusschil, deeg, bitterig. Retronasaal iets milder, maar deeg, iets bitter, wel allengs danker en juicier. Smaak is vrij bitter en iets juicy, zoetig. Medium body. Lichte hopburn. Prettig bittere afdronk.

Pours a kind of hazy, gold-pineapple, with smallish head. Aroma is citrus and tropical fruit. Flavors follow, but there's a weird kind of mildewy-rubber note in the finish, too. Soft mouthfeel. Mild to moderate hop bitterness in the finish.

473ml can. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average to huge, frothy to creamy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Hoppy aroma, with resinous, piney and grassy-spicy aspects, no explicit fruitiness, hefty, oaty, wheaty and pale malty background, maybe a touch of unripe "green" fruit, grapefruit peel and woody pineapple. Taste is mildly bitter, grassy, resinous, piney, mildly earthy hoppy, minimally spicy, pale, wheaty and minimally oaty basis with low to no residual sweetness, hints of pine needles, overall quite unspecific hop flavours in the aforementioned spectrum.
Creamy-oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium to fine, slightly scattered. mildly prickly carbonation.
Very homogeneous, earthy-woody-resinous-grassy, balanced, well adjusted bitterness - a remarkably unfruity NEIPA; a very good NEIPA.

US Pint can from Benny’s Place, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy golden colour with a mostly lasting frothy white head. The aroma is herbal, light citrus fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter and sweet, with a smooth, fresh, juicy tropical citrus, mango, earthy, herbal, hop bitter palate. Over medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
