Small, just off-white head over clear metallic darker golden beer. Maltbomb, corn, cornflakes, very faintly toasted, white breadcrust. Herb, with a fine sugary/white bready sweetness. Bit pearling MF, fresh garden shoots. Light, bit slick, tittilating carbonation. Certainly not unlikeable, good malty Helles (if a bit high in alcohol for a Vollbier, I'd say). Txs to the Haltestelle operator who let me buy all the same.
