Tap at 2. Zahoracky pivny festival. Aroma is yeasty. Hazy yellow colour. Taste is nicely balanced, with yeast, pilsner malt and saaz all playing a role. Perceivably young, but easily drinkable and without a flaw. I like it.

Tap at Starosloviensky p. Aroma has chocolate, figues, raisins, grapes. A hint of smoke. Clear dark brown colour. Stable brown head. Taste is REALLY smooth, with chocolate, caramel, raisins, light wood and a hint of smoke. Just the slightest touch of alcohol. Pleasant chocolatey roasted finish with quite long duration. Surprisingly easy to drink, this is certainly in the top league of stouts in Czech & Slovak republics. Not overly roasted, but very tasty.

Taste has balanced honeyish malt sweetness and herbal minty hops bitterness. Moderate to high carbonation. Quite easy drinking. Good solid classic interpretation of pilsner.

Tap at Starosloviensky. Aroma pleasantly hoppy, fruity, green. Relatively clear golden colour. Stable white head.Taste is very nicely. Has moderate, but not too ostentative malty background. Hoppiness is very nice, moderate to high bitterness, rounded crisp fruity flavour with lightly grassy (good) quality. Long bitter finish. Very good.
