75cl bottle from Cave à Bière - Matos Fiesta beer and wine shop in Saints-Geosmes, France. F: light gusher alert! Huge, white. C: gold, hazy. A: a lot of spicy mix from Provence, oregano, herbal. T: medium malty base, the same as in the aroma, herbal, dry on the palate, too much spicy here and gusher yet after removing this flaws it could be drinkable, nice brewery from small village.

T: medium malty base, toast, fruity tones, leaves, caramel, dry on the palate, medium carbonation, not so sweet as I expected, ok for the style, enjoyed.

A: rich malty, mellow fruity, berries, banana, spicy, honey. T: full malty base, orange, banana, caramel, bready, bit honey, nice balanced bitterness, medium carbonation, with saison features, good one, enjoyed.
