The Co-Hop brewery, Hop like Belgian hops and Co-hop which means: share the hops (like we share bread) began brewing at the beginning of June 2020 and marketing its first bottles of beer in July. It takes time for fermentation, fifteen days in the vats and another fifteen days in the bottle.
Since then, the brewery has been operating at full capacity and produces 3,200 liters per month, or approximately 1,500 33 cl cans and 350 75 cl cans. Blonde, white, amber available in different natural flavors such as buckwheat, Co-Hop beers are the result of numerous research and tests carried out by Alain, Bruno, Jean-Yves and Julien.

T: medium malty base, banana, coriander, apples, peach, bit herbal probably buckwheat, decent bitterness, not so for amber beer but good balanced, enjoyed.
