Copper color. As Joris says, maybe this is the one brewed by Strubbe; simple aroma, light malt. Quite poor taste, light malt and woody sourness; quite strong bitterness.

Cloudy orange color, thin dying head. Aroma is yeasty, bit spicy of coriander, bit fruity of mandarine (everything smells to apple nowadays according to skortila, ahum..). Sweet taste, again spicy and fruity. Sirupy texture. Quite weak triple IMO, although i like ’em sirupy.

Light clear dark orange color, short but lasting head. Aroma is tart, cherry. Taste is slightly malty, some sour cherries, metallic hint, some alcoholic sharpness. Sticky and thick palate.

Beautiful orange-amber color; thin cap of foam. Strong malty aroma, aged, with yellow fruits. Pretty good, malty. With the age became dryer. Quite alcoholic profile.
2004-04-03, 9-4-7-4-15=39, 6.3% ABV
Light amber color. Aroma of malt, cork, cellar, honey, wood, mould, old hops, light raisins: excellent. Mature, malty, round; caramel; bold ending bitterness.

An amber beer with a beutiful collapsing head. The aroma is powerful of caramel with notes of hay and raisins. The flavor is dominated by caramel but on a sour background with some metal notes, as if it has been wildfermented. It is more special than good.

A dark amber beer with a beutiful beige head. The aroma is fantastic, with notes of spices, cloves, malt, hops, and alcohol. The flavor is sweet - a little too sweet for my liking, but it also contains notes of spices and corriander. Hops and alcohol runs prickling over the tongue and last for a long time.

(Quite aged sample - still original brewery) Clear amber (end fully hazy) with greenish shine; yellowish head reduced to rim in a minute. Hazelnut butter, vegetable & veggie oil, madeira & metallic aroma's. Definitely oxidation in the taste, caramel, madeirisation. I sense candi-sugar. finish is a bit metallic-bitterish. Oily mouthfeel, quite tangible. Well bodied, some alcohol and probably fusels. Far from bad, but the metallic finish was characteristic for more than one Crombé beer. The refermentation didn't help, obviously.

The aroma is slightly yeasty. The color is hazy orange and it has a fine beige head though disappearing. The flavor is of cloves, oranges, citrus, and yeast with the alcohol prickling the tongue. An average triple.

An orange beer with a white head and particles floating around in it - probably yeast sediment. The aroma is sweet yeasty and malty with notes of fruit. The flavor though is sour and fruity to start off but then turning dry in the end. A good beer.
