BEND CIDER CO. was born November 2019 with wife Tammy Roark “We had a vision to start a cider company when we met, a locals spot- with really, really great DRY hard cider, we built the cider building together, we planted the apple orchard (with specialty apples) together and it’s only natural that we start this company together!" They are taking it a step further and placing a focus on conservation giving a percentage of sales back to environmental education. BEND CIDER CO. is a botanically focused cider company, with every flavor having a botanical element in it. The current can flavors are DRY APPLE and G, MANDARIN JUNIPER AND HUCKLEBERRY GINGER.

On tap pours out pale straw topped with a white head. Nose is light sweet apple chips some light hops. Taste is more of the nice dried apple chips and a little hop note.

On tap pours out dishwasher straw topped with a white head. Nose is pineapple some juniper notes. Taste is more of the nice juniper notes pineapple touch and some light apple.

Draft at Luciano's Café. Hazy yellow, flat pour. Aroma offers a hint of mandarin before the juniper comes in. Taste is the same except that the mandarin reappears at the finish. Musty apple tartness lies subtly beneath the surface.

16oz can from Trader Joe's. Flat, watermelon colored cloudy pour. Sweet, fruity aroma, berries and apples. Taste brings light gingery notes, mild savory character. Dries out towards the finish.
