With that in mind, he scouted for the best team he can recruit. Here’s where Bruno and Diego enters this story. We share three main characteristics: highly qualified people who had this feeling like being prisoners in their own land, passionate about world-class beer. This is where project Prision (Spanish for Prison) started taking its current shape.
We find the perfect spot to do so in Doral, thanks to its amaizing water and added state-of-the-art equipment to have a perfect match to produce the best beers. We are building our own fate.

Can via Beermalade tasting. Thin body, medium carbonation. High bitterness, lots of roast, low sweetness. Lots of coffee, light cocoa, hint of lactose maybe? Just a hint if any. Really easy drinking, seems like a nice dry stout. Very good.

Can via Beermalade tasting. Med-thin body, med-low carbonation. Medium bitterness, light grainy astringency. Nice moderate malt character, subtle toasted, light caramelly. Background hops. Overall good one, could use more body and bubbles though.

Can via Beermalade tasting. Thin body, med-light carbonation. Medium bitterness, light saltiness. Background malt, moderately earthy, med-light grassy, light cactus and a hint of tequilla, lol Idk where it is coming from, but I feel it here. Light lemony, zesty, light metallic. Easy drinking, even if not the smoothest, but you can get used to it. Good but not great.

Passion fruit and tangerine. Some green onion. Pours golden with decent head. Medium body. Bitter end with some hop tang. Not as good as their stuff on tap at brewery, but this is from Total Wine, so freshness is certainly a factor in the former. Can.

355ml can. Opaque, darkest brown colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, tan head. Roasty, chocolately, dark malty and slightly caramel malty aroma, notes of coffee, chocolate, hints of tasted nuts, burnt caramel, dark toffee, weka fruity coffee overtones. Taste is bitter, roasty, slightly ashy, chocolately, dark malty, slightly caramel malty with subtle residual sweetness, minimally diluted notes of coffee, burnt caramel, some dark chocolate, a touch of dark toffee, some hop bitterness and a mineral touch as well. Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation. Quite a plethora of malty flavours, simultaneously rather light and easy drinkable - pretty good.
