With that in mind, he scouted for the best team he can recruit. Here’s where Bruno and Diego enters this story. We share three main characteristics: highly qualified people who had this feeling like being prisoners in their own land, passionate about world-class beer. This is where project Prision (Spanish for Prison) started taking its current shape.
We find the perfect spot to do so in Doral, thanks to its amaizing water and added state-of-the-art equipment to have a perfect match to produce the best beers. We are building our own fate.

Can thanks to MrsSHIG: Poured a golden copper with a bubble head. Aroma is big yeast esters, fruity, aloe. Taste is estery, fruity, warms the cheeks.

12 oz. can from Total Wine - Naples, FL. Pours an opaque black color with a small beige head and good retention. Very little lacing. Aroma of sweet malt and dark chocolate. The taste is similar to the nose: Dark malt flavor, almost charred, and dark chocolate notes, with a clean finish. Barely there coffee notes. Medium-light body. Low carbonation. Light bitterness. Really good.

Very dark brown colour with quick fading fizzy head. Aroma and flavour have a good roasted bitter malt profile with some strong coffee and dark chocolate. Shame that it's so thin and fizzy because the rest is very good.

Pounder can from total wine. Pop the lid and its a little darker than pale, perhaps some coppery tint in there. Nose is a hint of vanilla on top of a typical helles or vienna aroma. First taste follows the nose, its some kindah weird vienna thang, but it doesn't seem well made; there is a detectable amount of immature brewer phenolic feel in this, it almost becomes a tad astringent in the middle. Yea, needs to have a few more manners. It also doesn't hide its alky content well, seems like much more than 6%. I can do a tick on this, but probably would not drink another unless this was all there was in the cooler. To call this an amber lager, does not do the style justice. Amber ale? Maybe. There, you have it. An almost cloying finish.

12 oz. can from Total Wine. Pours a crystal clear very light yellow color with a white head and good retention. Fair lacing. Basic pale lager aroma. Very light malt flavor with some lemon cleaner and a slightly soapy finish. Doesn't taste very special edition to me. Light body. High carbonation. Low bitterness. Not their best.
