Description
Our story begins in Argentina in 2018 with Juan dreaming about doing business in the US. After some months thinking what to do, he finally decided for starting a brewery, because beer brings joy and makes people happy (can someone judge him?).
With that in mind, he scouted for the best team he can recruit. Here’s where Bruno and Diego enters this story. We share three main characteristics: highly qualified people who had this feeling like being prisoners in their own land, passionate about world-class beer. This is where project Prision (Spanish for Prison) started taking its current shape.
We find the perfect spot to do so in Doral, thanks to its amaizing water and added state-of-the-art equipment to have a perfect match to produce the best beers. We are building our own fate.

12 oz. can from Total Wine. Pours a hazy gold color with a bright white head and great retention. Good lacing. Standard pale malt aroma. Lightly sweet pale malt flavor with a clean, refreshing finish. Lightly crisp mouthfeel. Medium-light body. Good, fine carbonation. Not bitter. Just a very good basic lager. Very repeatable.

16 oz. can from Total Wine. Pours a crystal clear gold color with a white head and very good retention. Good lacing too. Light malt aroma. Tastes like a pale lager, but with light pilsner malt added, with a hint of citrus, and a bready finish. Very smooth and clean. Crisp mouthfeel without being overcarbonated. Medium body. Low bitterness. Definitely repeatable.

12 oz. can from The Bat Cave. Pours a crystal clear pale yellow color with a white head and very good retention. Fair lacing. Very light citrus aroma. Tastes like a very light pale lager with just a hint of citrus in the finish. Not much of a blonde ale profile. Light body. A little watery. Crisp, highly carbonated mouthfeel. Low bitterness. Light and easy drinking.

12 oz. can from The Bat Cave. Pours a slightly hazy gold color with a very large white head and excellent retention. Very good lacing too . Floral hops aroma. Floral hops flavor to match the nose, with a dry, bitter finish. This is approaching IPA territory. Medium body and good carbonation. Overall way too dry and bitter for my tastes.

Fruit flavored beer. Very delicious with a great deal of orange, maybe mango and/or papaya. Easy to drink with a nice fruit finish.

Tart peach, yogurt, guava. Opaque orange, headless. Peach, yogurt, undercurrent of banana and pineapple. Medium body, easy carbonation. This is my first beer from this brewery. It's good, but I need to try something without fruit.
