With that in mind, he scouted for the best team he can recruit. Here’s where Bruno and Diego enters this story. We share three main characteristics: highly qualified people who had this feeling like being prisoners in their own land, passionate about world-class beer. This is where project Prision (Spanish for Prison) started taking its current shape.
We find the perfect spot to do so in Doral, thanks to its amaizing water and added state-of-the-art equipment to have a perfect match to produce the best beers. We are building our own fate.

Lemon zest and pine. Lots of astringent green onion, wet grass. Pours murky yellow with pretty good head and great lacing. Bitter, kind of astringent finish. Some booze. Tap at brewery.

Mango and tangerine. Passion fruit. Pours murky orange without much head. Sweet finish, some booze and fruit tang, but mostly sweet. Tap at brewery. Not a ton of balance here.

Light nelson grapefruit, and lots of caramel and booze. Pours murky orange with good head and lacing. Boozy sweet finish. Least good of the Nelson series--the hops don't really shine here. Tap at brewery in Lauderdale.

Nelson grapefruit and some caramel. Hazy yellow pour with good head. Boozy finish with some hop tang. I liked their single Nelson better. Tap at Lauderdale location.

Can, total wine. Pour is weirdly pink. Nose is slight hint of perfume, just barely. Nothing special about the taste, but if you dig down deep enough you may get just a hint of something a little like odd unidentifiable bitter fruit of some sort. On second thought, I think that odd fruit is just mental on my part since I know they colored this with pink flowers. The middle is just plain old pale lager with that little bit of unknown bitter bite, maybe this is where the flower comes in? Does have a good level of carbonation that helps me be distracted from that nearly astringent bitter sensation. Description says delicious, I say far from it. Finally, except for the color and that slight uncanny floral bitter bite, this comes across like most any other cheap pale lager, but its not as cheap.

Cheap $3 can from total wine. Yep pale yellow with a slight haze. Nose is like many other cheap pale american lagers. Decent friendly first taste of noble hops, well behaved and somewhat refreshing. Good level of carbonation. Goes down very easy. Satisfying to an extent. Has all the attributes of a well made american cheap pale lager except for the high price. Not bad overall.
