25/1/2025. Can at the ITFC Vintage and rare Saturday share part 1. From Left Field Beer. Pours hazy/cloudy pale yellow orange with a frothy white head. Aroma is citrus, grapefruit, orange, pineapple, rubbery, resin, dank edge. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, slight tartness. Medium body, average carbonation. Enjoyable.

Can. Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, slightly soft but late emerging fine minerally carbonation puts paid to that. Light smooth pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. My kinda malt base for a dipa, evident and sweet enough but light and never getting in the way of the hops. Light cooling pine into a mild but very pleasing 2024 Motueka key lime. Modern Mosaic does its thang with candy fruits. Nelson? Perhaps some on the back end, a little soft grape, by far the most recessive of the 3 hops. Light finish. Pretty crushable. As in very.

Can. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts, but good creamy sweetness, perhaps a little too much so. Crisp pine. Thin but bright citrus. Bright orange and mandarin. A very mild savoury hop vibe and a very light touch of mangoish tropical fruits. Light crisp finish. A light bright dipa and it would be pretty crushable for me, if not for the slightly thin and dry palate.
