Taster at brewery. Clear, bright golden pour, thick, dense white head. Fruity aroma, ripe fruit, hoppy. Taste is caramel, pine, citrus with a light lingering bitterness.

Taster at Van Henion. Golden pour, clear, creamy, silky white head, lacing, beautiful. Softy, fruity, hoppy aroma. Taste brings a smooth malt base, light pine, exceptionally smooth. Tasty little brew.

Taster flight at Brewery. Pale straw color, silky white head. Light bready aroma, biscuity. Taste is soft, bready, crisp, touch of lemon at the finish. So tasty and very well done.

Van Henson Pilsner 5.5% Straw gold with a big soap-bubble like head of foam that vanished incredibly fast. Grainy with herbal bitter hops. Medium to full bodied with a crisp finish and prickly carbonation. Green herbal bitterness and sweet light malts make for a refreshing and true to style German pils. Solid stuff.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a slight amber hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a combination of grass and hay with a hint of light pine and straw supporting. Flavor has pine and grass up front with a bit of a hay backbone.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear amber brown with a light brown head that lasts throughout the beer and laces. Aroma has light roast and dark grains with a touch of woody smoke supporting. Flavor as a light smoke with a good amount of roast and dark grains supporting.
