Burk från SB. Elegant, torr, spritsig med fina fattoner och funk. Nektarins och vita persikor. Mycket gott

Paleish red, thin head, red currant, tart, cranberry, accents of spice. Lightish body, medium tartness. Good balance.

On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a lightly hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a reasonable wild yeast character, light lactic notes, stone fruit pith, and a gentle lime. Flavour is very lactic, with gentle lime, subdued wild yeast, and mostly just lactic notes. I don't get the stone fruit at all. Mothing egregious here but this isn't a sophisticated wild ale at all. Underwhelming.

On tap at Belmont Station. Pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma has spicy saison yeast, dry wood, and gin-like aromatic notes. Flavour has spicy saison yeast, liquor notes hamfisted and not well-incorporated. Good saison notes, but not really sure what they wanted to accomplish with the barrels.

On tap at The Beer Mongers. Pours murky ruby with a white head. Aroma has lime up front followed by some sweet cherry jam. Flavour has fresh lime, sweet cherry jam, and some wild yeast. Pretty weak overall, but fine on the nose.

On tap at Belmont Station Bier Cafe, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma seems like a jumbled mess, with faded blueberry pith, a touch of whiskey, and earthiness. Flavour is chaotic as hell, with notes of glue, booze, some esters, and maybe a touch of blueberries. I came into this thinking a 13% whiskey BA saison with blueberries couldn't work, and I came out thinking the same.
