Buying this bottle at the edeka, Freiburg im Breisgau. Waiting the train to Basel. The weather was hot, refreshing and average pils, rather smooth, dry, malty, average bitterness, out stay was too short, go back for working, 15.08.23

In my point of view, this edition is good, decent hop, between an IPA and a Pils, aromatic hop, the bitterness is staying a long time, 03.01.19, at Epalinges.

Cloudy yellow with a small head. Banana, banana zest, clove, lemon zest, hints of woodruff, slightly hoppy and herbal notes. Dry mild zesty bitterness, fruity sweetness. Medium bodied, oily creamy texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty fruity bittersweet finish. A fresh crisp Weißbier, definitely one of my kind!

I could say the cheap version of the diplom pils, acceptable regarding the low degrees of alcool, light at all the senses. 19.10.19, at Kirchzarten and buying this one there.

Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a footed pilsner glass. Amberbrown colour, good moussy beige head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma toasted amlt, caramel, light cocoa. Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, caramel, light chocolate, brown sugar. Medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, lingering toastiness, nice.

This lager is not bad, on the German way, malty, bready, some hop and final note of honey, a bit watery and good for the summer, 16.04.17, tasting it at Bonfol and buying it at Freiburg am Breisgau

It is a regular dortmund helles, malty, bready, some hop, a bit metalic, a bit watery, simple but well balance, closeto a pils, 18.03.17, buying it at one Fristo at Freiburg am Breisgau, drinking it at Prélaz.

0.33 l bottle from 'EDEKA Schwörer' (Endingen), best before September 2026. Hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, moderately fruity-floral aroma of grains, straw and hints of lemon peel. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, a bit fruity-floral taste of grains, straw, some lemon peel and traces of honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Pleasant lager, very easy to drink.
