16 ounce can. Number one with a bullet. Hazy Amber orange pour. Finger high creamy beige head. Fragrant tropical fruit nose. First sip brings bittersweet notes of pineapple, blood orange and mango. Tangy, full bodied and peppery. Warming alcohol in middle. Crispy bitter hop finish. Well crafted

On tap at brewery. Opaque black pour. Small creamy tan head. Moderate coffee nose hints at dark chocolate. Rich roasted malt flavor touches on all components. Dark roast coffee, chocolate and subtle maple syrup. Creamy mouthfeel from the oats. Very well rounded and drinkable as Imperial Stouts go. improves as it warms. Well done.

On tap at brewery. Number one with a bullet. Slightly hazy medium gold pour. Frothy white head dissipates quickly. Big citrus hop nose. First sip is grapefruit and lime peel. Some underlying grainy malt. Middle has notes of Lemon and warming alcohol. Finishes dry and bitter.

On tap at Goodnight Irene’s in Wildwood, NJ. Pours a hazy Amber orange topped by a moderate sized rocky beige head. Aroma of pine needles and grapefruit. Flavor is citrus hops and ca amel malt. Some bready notes as well. Pronounced hop bitterness is present throughout. Finish is dry and bitter with piney notes. A very nice IPA.
