It’s certainly peachy, in a nice real way. Peach pits and fresh peach with some of that yeast behind. Better than it sounds.

Draft at one of their bars in Chongqing. Clear gold with Belgian yeasty vibes - I’m certainly getting their saison focus even in this. Fruity in a light way, with herbs, nettles and bready notes. Fairly sweet and slightly less bitter.

ABV: 5.5%. ✅ Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, witbier yeast, minerals, bubble gum, tea touch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, minerals, jasmin - citrus - tea. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20240504]

--Canned, from Nonsene, Chengdu. -- Almost clear deep golden, small head. Brightaroma of green tea and citrus. Mid dry with light to medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. White bread and lovely oolong tea. Low to medium bitterness.
