It’s certainly peachy, in a nice real way. Peach pits and fresh peach with some of that yeast behind. Better than it sounds.
Yeasty, pineapple, lemongrass, mineral. Less fresh fruity, a little cheesy on the yeast.

Draft at one of their bars in Chongqing. Clear gold with Belgian yeasty vibes - I’m certainly getting their saison focus even in this. Fruity in a light way, with herbs, nettles and bready notes. Fairly sweet and slightly less bitter.

--Keg at Nonsense, Chengdu. -- Lightly hazy golden, small head. Orangey nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Marmeladey with mild marzipan and bread. Mildly bitter finish.
