375ml can from the Oak Barrel. Hazy straw colour, fizzy white foam head that quickly dissipates and aroma of apple, red wine barrel. Taste is tart, apple, earthy, red wine, wood barrel, some tannin. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart earthy finish. OK.
