Sample courtesy of Grumbo, many thanks Graham! Clear reddish orange-amber colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, berries, cherries, wood, funk hint. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, fruity, with berry & cherry notes, earthy, woody, some tartness and drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry fruity tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, many thanks Graham! Clear pale golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, green apple, woody funk. Taste is tangy, slightly tart, apple, fruity fleshy, light funk, wood, spicy hint, and with some drying bitter tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

23/11/2023. Bottle pour at VOPI Kraftdžinica, Sarajevo. Pours clear pale golden with a few small bubbles. Aroma is green apple, citric, lightly funky and tannic. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Nice dryness develops. Slightly astringent with a subtle underlying sweetness. Enjoyable.

23/11/2023. Bottle pour at VOPI Kraftdžinica, Sarajevo. Pours clear pale red with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of apple, forest fruits, berries, hedgerow, slight funky edge. Moderate sweetness and light tartness. Super dry tannic finish develops. Very good.
