16/8/2024. Bottle from the cider pop-up at Sarajevo Film Festival. Same name but new lower adv carbonated version produced for the wider market. Pours clear dark pink with a bubbly white head. Aroma is apple, red currant, blackberries, hedgerow. Moderate body, a little watery. Light drying finish. Quite highly carbonated. Very different from the pet-nat 7.0% original. A nice refresher.

Aroma is green apple, a little sulphur, twiggy, tannic and perfumed. Moderate to medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body. Light drying bitter finish. Quite highly carbonated. Very different from the pet-nat 7.0% original.
