(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a slightly hazy reddish amber with a small, off-white head. Sweetish aroma of caramel. Quite full-bodied with lots of caramel and roasted malt. Distinct sweetness and a very discreet bitterness. A very classical Bock - on the sweet side. 280506

Pour is a nice looking red-brown with a fluffy white head. Aroma is peat and dark fruits. Flavor is a bit toffee and malts with a load of sugar in there. The bottle i have says the alcohol is 7.8 and it is well hidden as there is no burn as it goes down. Overall its very sweet but not very tasty.

Bottle. Creamy excellent head, mostly lasting, alas not fantastic yellow colour. Moderate aroma , a bit hoppy, OK flavour, but not very good. Palate a bit more oily than watery.

Bottled, 4.8%. Pale yellowish golden colour, mediumsized white head. Skunked hops in aroma (close aroma to pee...). Watery, with minor hops in flavour. Very boring. Biting carbonations and a bit mouthdrying. BLAH!

A red beer with a collapsing beige head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of alcohol. The flavor is sweet and quite dry with notes of cowberries and an alcoholic end.
