Description
What started as a hobby for one of us has become a collective obsession and we’re thrilled to be keeping the flame alive for Milwaukee’s legacy of brew masters with our craft beer hall concept.

We’ve dedicated years to experimenting with different styles, ingredients and flavor profiles that allow us to devote 20 tap lines to our own beers – some generally true to style and some a little off-the-wall – to quench our thirst for adventure (and yours)!

We love our beer, but at the end of the day our brand is family. We hope you’ll come to know us by our last name, but call us by our firsts. Our patrons are extensions of our own family unit, so we invite you, your offspring, your grandmas, uncles, in-laws, dogs, exes, ex’s dogs, neighbors or prospective lovers to pop on in and let us pour you a beer.

Keg at the brewery 8/24/18. Murky orange. Aroma of pineapple, resin, pale malt. Taste is juicy pineapple, resin, pale malt. Medium bodied, lingering bitterness.

Keg at the brewery, 8/24/18. Slightly hazy pale yellow, large creamy off-white head, good retetion. Aroma of stone fruit, citrus, pale malt. Taste is grapefruit, citrus, pale malt, resin. Thin. Lingering bitterness.

Keg at the brewery, 8/24/18. Hazy pink. Aroma of canned fruit, berries, floral notes, mango, funk. Taste is citrus, raspberry, funk, lemon. Medium bodied, oily, lingering tartness.
