Associated Venue: Component Brewing Company (Lincoln Warehouse #169)
We’ve dedicated years to experimenting with different styles, ingredients and flavor profiles that allow us to devote 20 tap lines to our own beers – some generally true to style and some a little off-the-wall – to quench our thirst for adventure (and yours)!
We love our beer, but at the end of the day our brand is family. We hope you’ll come to know us by our last name, but call us by our firsts. Our patrons are extensions of our own family unit, so we invite you, your offspring, your grandmas, uncles, in-laws, dogs, exes, ex’s dogs, neighbors or prospective lovers to pop on in and let us pour you a beer.
Cheers,
Jon, DJ and Steve Kowalske

16 fl oz. A bit cloudy golden colour, small white head and lace. Pine, ,malts, yeast in the nose. Light-bodied. Some pine, yeasty flavours, overriped fruits. Not much of typical Simcoe flavours. Watered down citrus in the aftertaste. Probably something went a bit wrong on the way.

Tap at Component. Clean, bright orange-tan body with a massive white head. Not really that impressive at first sip, has some buttery oxidized hop tone. A lot of flavor, but no bitterness..all of these hop oils and things kind of suck and are only appropriate at times in NE IPA. Drinkable, but has a soft mouthfeel, not much depth or balance.

Tap at Component. Big and rich, true to style. Not quite as hoppy as I had hoped for. Still does the job. Rich chocolate, piney hop resin. Good.
