Med body, not overt. Med carbo. Med bitterness, med-light sweet, light zesty. Light lactose, but Sabro and coconut are to tally on top, med-high intensity, intertwined. Good classic combo. Nice balance, drinks well.

Can 0.5l, more than one year aged. Cloudy, pale orange colored. AROMA- pear compot, figs, touch of orange. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, slightly sour, pleasantly fruity - orange, guava, figs. Medium bodied.

Tap at KMP. Hazy golden body, off-white head, thick. Big, sharp, sour aroma, Nelson, white grapes, spice. Sour, too sour juicy taste, sour white grapes and Nelson aromatics. Lightly aromatic. Attractive, but much too sour, a sipper at best. Almost but not quite. Fun experiment, but too extreme for its own good.

Tap at 7°. Hazy golden body, no head. Citric aroma, lactic acid, light coconut maybe. Lean dry taste, lactic acid, bit citric, low but noticable heat, coconut and some stone fruit. Quite fun really. Pumpkin where though?

Tap at 7°. Fuck yeah, a SPLIT beer!!!! Anyway. Hazy golden body, white head. Citric, perfumey aroma, apricot jam, NZ herbs. Smooth taste, minty, marmalade, light stone fruit, some NZ herb touches, well balanced. Nice!

Thin bod, med carbo. Very high lacto sourness, brutal really. There is an obvious lack of hops though, no noticeable bitterness or flavour. Med lemony and light yogurty funk. Oh dear, what did you brew this time? Maybe taste it before selling? Suggestion.

Can 0.5l, one year aged. Hazy, pinkish gold colored. AROMA- rosehips, lavender, salt, kettle sour character. FLAVOR- neutral to slightly sweet, moderately salty, lightly sour, apricot, peach, rosehip, touch of lavender. Fuller, somewhat heavy body.
