BBT 12/2025. Thinnish, a bit dry, watery. Med-high carbo. Med sour, clean lacto, low bitter and sweet. Pretty strong classic Italian herbing, lots of basil and oregano. Only med-light tomato, could use much more. And totally background pineapple. Could use finetuning.

Tap at Olomoucka Citadela, Olomouc. Somewhat unfair as I was given this under the impression it was an IPA. Points still generally stand though. Gorgeous dank and sweet hopped aroma. Lava lamp orange. Mixture of melon and solero flavour with a cheesy / parmesan ending. It's a mess.

Golden with a white head. A bit of floral, noble hops, lightly sweet malts. Medium, soft body. Finish almost has a nice snap but gets all flabby right at the end. A crisper profile would rock on this and make it a power. As it stands, solid.

Tap at Galerie piva with SaintMatty. Hazy golden body, disappearing off-whtie head. Huge pizza herb aroma, oregano mostly. Tart taste, light pineapple, mostly oregano again, some umami from the tomatoes, though a bit too shy, ending dry, with low tartness. Bit empty but nice!

Med-thin bod, med-high carbo. A bit of a lack of cojones here. Barely medium bitterness, low sweet, dry. Restrained hops character, which makes it a bit bland, watery. Med-light grassy, earthy, hints of zesty grapefruit. Drinkable, cleanish. A bit boring.

Tap at B&F. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Smooth, vanilla and cloves aroma, low esters. Smooth, creamy taste, banana, vanilla, wheaty tartness stronger than expected but still okay. Bit of clove and pepper in the finish. Solid take!

Med-full body, low carbo, no bubbles. Med sourness, low sweet, tart, bitter. Smells and tastes like actual svickova, lots of carrot and other root veggies. Even black pepper. Somehow this works in a good way. Not beery, but tasty and very interesting.

Tap at Galerie piva. Carroty orange murky body, disappearing head. Really svíčková-like aroma, celery and light carrot definitely. Lean, dry taste, heaps of celery and umami, light tartness... Tasty! Not extreme, very simplistic taste-wise but s bit sad now that I didn't get s big one.

Can. Hazy orange color with thick white head. Aroma of carrots, cellery (?), fruity notes, , malt. Taste is light sour with carrocts, maybe other root vegetables, fruity notes. Good.
