Bottle, 75cl corked. An almost clear one, pale yellow in color, with a nice carbonation going on without creating a head. The aroma is quite apple-sweetish, with some cores and grass. Generic fruityness too, and some lemon hints. Some alcohol too. It's full to medium bodied, dry and tart, with a pleasant carbonation. A touch of warmth too. Apple sweetness, lemon hints, grass and apple cores in the flavor. Long warming and tart finish. Perhaps a bit on the dry and tart side considering the flavor complexity, but nice indeed. 201211

Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours a sparkling dark straw body with some bubbles on top. The aroma is predominantly ripe apples, but there's also grass, alcohol, cellar and a touch of fresh yellow apples. It's quite effervescent on the palate, not too much though, with a light warmth. Dry, yet with a sweet apple juice feeling, and with a good body. The flavor too has lots of ripe apple, but there's more of the fresh apples here. Grass, cellar and a little alcohol chimes in. Lasting finish. This one felt a bit dull at first, but it opens up and turns out really well. 201101

Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours a more or less clear straw colored body. Some carbonation. The aroma has ripe apples, a faint funky note, some grass and unripe apples, a vague hint of apple jam, and a touch of apples store for a while. It's full-bodied, lightly warming and with a pleasant co2 level. There's lots of delicious apple flavor too, with more focus on the apple jam, or perhaps fresh apple pie. Grass, ripe yellow apple and apple cellar too, followed by some alcohol and a vague touch of sulphur. Long finish. A bit sweeter on the palate than I'd like this one, but it's sure a fine cider anyway. 201004

Bottle, 75cl corked, from trade with Inbreak. A clear, pale yellowish golden cider, still and headless. It has a pleasant lightly sweetish apple aroma with some overripe yellow apples, grassy green ones and a faint fruit cellar touch. It's lightly warming on the palate, dry and with a pleasant carbonation level. Ripe apples, grass, some yeast notes and alcohol in the flavor. Hints of cellar too. Lasting finish with the same elements found in the initial flavor. A really pleasant one indeed. 200618
