330ml Bottle on 3rd Feb 2014 in Cambrinus, Brugge. As the name suggests, this has a red hue to it’s body colour, although it really has an orange amber beer. The head didn’t hang around, it was beige when it was there. Sweet fruits rule the nose and taste, mild apple feel with plenty of fizz in the body. Too pop like for me to be honest. I had this years ago and don’t remember it being so heavily carbonated. OK, but with so many great beers available in Belgium I’ll not be buying a crate of this.

330 ml bottle. Pours nice amber with a medium foamy head - that stays for a couple of minutes. Aroma is quite boozy and syrupy, has some sour fruit notes and sour maltiness. Honey. Taste reminds me gingerbread cookies, quite sweet but with a noticeable alcohol bite. Aftertaste is slightly bitter, has still some alcohol and … I felt some black pepper before it goes over into longer fruity and slightly bitter lingering sensation. Didn’t expect much from this one - but it’s alcohol warmth works well at a cold winter night. black pepper aftertaste

cloudy golden colour, some not really dense head, which collapses quickly; aroma of fruits, some caramel, earthy notes, yeast and alcohol; taste of yeast, earthy notes again, biscuit and caramel, minimal bitterness and alcohol - this 8% ABV should be much more hidden...one of the worst triple I’ve ever tasted

slightly cloudy golden colour, not too dense 1 inch white head, which collapses within few minutes leaving back a thin white layer; aroma of fruits (figs, some apple and raisin), hints of honey, bread and alcohol; bittersweet taste of hoppyness, fruity notes, yeast, earthy and alcoholic notes; a bit like a not too high quality dry white wine; below the belgian average

330 ml bottle. Pours amber with light head. Light floral aromas with some yeasty banana notes. Flavors of toasted malts, light Belgian yeast and grassy hops. Good carbonation. Good when really cold but nothing really special for the style.
