Near clear deep brown beer, small bubbly pale tan head. Smooth palate, fairly light and mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth dark chocolate and dark chocolate cream, not that sweet. Some licorice bitterness on the light but slightly boozy finish. Boozy linger. Tidy, lacks a little richness.

Almost clear dark brown beer, small bubbly tan head. Light palate for the style, mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Crisp dark chocolate malts, quite light, a trace of dark chocolate cream. Huge band aid peaty whiskey, waaay too much for me. I appreciate some strange people will dig this and there is something to be enjoyed, for me, as the beer warms up. Ripe fruits and a little alcohol spice. Total peat fest, which I can drink and appreciate at arms length. Orangutan very long arms mind!

Near opaque dark brown beer, a few tan bubbles. Light palate for the style, mildly dry, good fine minerally crispness. The dark malts bring some crisp and slightly bitterish dark chocolate. A little dark malt cream compensates, but not much. White pepper spice and cinnamon dominates the back end. Light crisp finish. Has a definite style this one, it isn't a style that really resonated with me but I do appreciate a counterpoint to the absolute pastry onslaught that is 2024 craft brewing. Peppery linger.

Pours a pitch black body and a small brown head that leaves a few thin patches. Aroma's of roasted malts, ginger, cinnamon. Both ginger and cinnamo de are very pronounced reteonasal. Flavour is (above) moderate sweet, spices. Above medium bodied. Long finish with spices and some roast.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 04/09/24. Mahogany brown topped with an off white cap that soon escapes to the edge. Nose is fruit cake mix, caramel, stewed fruits, dark malts, spice, dates. Taste comprises fruit cake, dates, prunes, burnt toffee, spice, molasses, toasted brown sugars. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with a balanced buzz of boost. Solid sipper although the barrel doesn't really do it for me and perhaps comes over a little hot and undefined.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 04/09/24. Mahogany brown topped with a beige cap that escapes to the edge. Nose is liquid fruit cake, boozey whisper, spice, dark malts, toffee, candied orange peel. Taste comprises dates, caramel, spice, booze tunes, mollastic notes, toasted brown sugar, orange brandy bite. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Tidy BA BW ... orange brandy makes itself known but is well integrated.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 02/09/24. Deep amber topped with a light beige covering that veers to the edge. Nose is earthy citric peel, herb, floral, grass, straw. Taste comprises bitter orange, herb, light mineral bite, bergamot, citric tinged straw, toasted malts. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with earthy hop bitterness. Not bad but wouldn't revisit.
