330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with small to average, frothy, osteoporosing, minimally lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, wheaty and pale malty, slightly spicy and minimally yeasty fruity aroma, hints of coriander, banana, clove. Taste is minimally dry spicy, slightly wheaty and pale malty with low residual sweetness, minimally yeasty fruity, hints of coriander, banana, a touch of clove. Slightly oily texture, smooth and minimally greasy, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, dense, soft carbonation. Harmonious and balanced, homogeneous, not overly complex; hybrid character, somewhere between Wit without orange peel and Tripel - not bad.

Pours a mostly clear golden body and a fiem, stiff white head with pretty good retention and good lacing. Aroma's: fruity, sweet spice (coriander, aniseed), caramel malt, Belgian yeast. Retronasal follows this. Flavour is light moderate sweet and light bitter with a hint of fruity sourness. Medium bodied. Good carbonation. Finishes light moderate bitter. OK for the (boring) style.
