Description
Florence, the first female brewer in the Lot, and with her Matou beers, she has carved out a place for herself in the Lot brewing world. Each brew is unique, resulting from a rigorous choice of ingredients. She makes a point of creative work around yeasts. Its goal is the search for harmony and balance for tasty products. She is also very sensitive to working on the universe and personalization of products. La Brasserie du Matou has everything to surprise you.

Ambar nebulosa con bastantes sedimentos y espuma resistente. Aroma entre terroso y acaramelado. Demasiado gas en boca, de sabor de base y final dulce y acidez bien presente. Artesanal discreta.

Bottled 330ml. -from random gift shop Chamonix. Murky orange/golden coloured, medium sized white to off-white head, dry dusty caramel nose. Moderate malty, caramel, light nutty and again quite strong carbonationwith mild yeasty finish.

Bottled 330ml. -from random gift shop Chamonix. Unclear yellow coloured, medium sized snow-white head that went away fast, mild coriander in the nose. Heavy carbonation. Sweetish malty, yeasty, light coriander and touch of spices with mild fruity touch. Drinkable.

Bottled 330ml. -from random gift shop Chamonix. Unclear dark yellow/orange coloured, small white head, light yeasty vegetables nose. Biscuity malty, light fruity, yeasty and notes of vegetables with rather high carbonation. Messy one.

Pajiza nebulosa de abundante espuma jabonosa. Aspecto de witbier. Aroma cereal, levadura y notas citricas. En boca gas excesivo, escaso cuerpo, sabor cítrico y especiado, base de pan. Amargor moderado.
