Draught at Cider Revolution, Copenhagen. Hazed golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple, fruit. Taste is sweet, appley, fruity, zesty citric with some tart acidity. Medium bodied, fine spritzy carbonation, sweetish & drying acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Hazy pale yellow colour, small white head. Aroma of tart dry apples, juicy apples, sulfur. Taste of sweet apple juice, mild tartness, easy to drink.

On tap at Holm, pours a clear pale golden, no head. Aroma brings out overripe apple skins, barnyard notes and some apple core. Flavour is weird, with tons of weird overripe apple core, light garbage and crisp apple skins. Dry, garbagey finish. Can't shake those off-notes. Weird stuff.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a clear, dark golden with a tiny, rough, white head. Fizzy pour. Sweet apple aroma, a little buttery perhaps. Medium body, sweet apple notes before a slight astringency creeps up on you. Heavy carbonation. 210922
