0.33 l bottle from 'Hello Bier', 2022 harvest, best before end of 2028. Minimally hazy, pale golden with a few white bubbles on top of it. Slightly sweetish, a little sourish, gently fruity and a bit funky aroma of ripe apple, hay, some walnut and hints of cellar. Hardly sweet, minimally sourish, gently fruity and slightly funky taste of ripe apple, hay, wood, light walnut and traces of cellar, followed by a short, fairly dry, minimally tart finish. Thin to medium body, a bit astringent and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Refreshing, rather dry cider with decent complexity.
