500ml bottle. Cloudy golden colour with average quickly fading macropore white head. Sourish wheaty aroma, fruity apple touch. Taste is fresh and fruity, apple, citrus, nice sweet/sour balance. Fizzy carbonation. Perfect summer beer.

Clear body with a white frothy head - fastly diminishing. Sour aroma of plums, vinegar, barnyard, ... Heavily sour flavour. Very nice and well balanced. Maybe somewhat too acetic.

"Wollnitzer Weiss Vollbier" from 2011 (if I can read my writing correctly) thanks to GRG1313. Been reading about this style (Lichtenhainer) on Ron Pattinson’s blog. Pours with a hazy yellow body with a white head. Aromas are tart, lemon juice, a bit of a rubbery and smokey chlorophenol, lightly grainy. Flavors are tart, mildly rubbery and smokey. Lots of puckering lactic acid. More sour than I was expecting. Lively bubbles, bone dry. Quite interesting and good.

Bottled (thanks B.U., tasted at 2nd CS/ES beerevening). Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized white creamy/foamy head, that leaves some lace. Aroma is bananas, wheat, mild spices, some sourness as well as mild earthy notes. Flavour is rather similar along with some yeastyness and spicyness. Pleasant.

Bottle courtesy of Bierkrug, thank you sir! Tasted while looking at the Zugspitz, which probably raises the appearance by a point or so, Cloudy pale orange, no head or lacing. Aroma of limoncello. Taste is sour, light, fresh grapefruit, apple skins. Very nice.

Hazy yellow color, small white head. Sour, wheatish fruity aroma. Light to medium bodied. Fruity, tart, delicious flavor. A bit thin but otherwise excellent Berliner Weisse.

Yellow ber with a big and white head. Aroma is very sour, white wine -like grapes and dry cider. Taste is also very sour, queze -like, some sweetness and lemon. Fresh, lot of carbonation and very refreshning to drink. Very refreshning beer with strong sourness; great beer for warm summerterrace .

bottle from Bierkompass. Cloudy pale colour, large white head. Sour nose. Sour, geuze-like with a good sharpness and tartness about. Lingering finish with a touch of dry hops.
