AROMA: medium sweetness with an underattenuated, syrupy character. cereal husk, faint mettalic and medicinal. background of slight stale malt. medium-low hot alcohol presence. APPEARANCE: gold color and clear. medium-low white head with medium retention. lace formation. TASTE: medium-low sweet malt character with a syrupy presence. slight hop oxidation (cheesy) and solvent-like alcohol. medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-low carbonation. medium body with an underattenuated character. slight tanninc astringency. OVERALL: a blonde ale with formulation and execution issues.
