Promising dark malty aromas alongside a scent of dried fruits. Spiced malt-fruity flavours, impacts of prunes, cinnamon and caramel, with a yeasty strain to it. TASTE: medium-low sweet malt character with a syrupy presence. slight hop oxidation (cheesy) and solvent-like alcohol. medium-high bitterness with a dry and bitter finish. PALATE: medium-low carbonation. medium body with an underattenuated character. slight tanninc astringency. OVERALL: a blonde ale with formulation and execution issues.
