On tap at Bier & Bierli. Pours a clear, brown color, with a fair, foamy, off-white head. The nose is rye toast, coriander, biscuit, hay, and juniper. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, pleasant bitterness. Light body, crisp, and lively. Simple, grainy, and tasty.
