Small fizzy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy. Aroma is slightly fresh sour-ish floral, minerals, soda powder, sorrel, hay, flowers, bark, sour berries, fruit salt, oak, leafs. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, soda powder, fruit salt, sour berries, flowers, hay, sorrel, oak, grass, minerals, yeast, fruit stones, hints of unripe peach. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.

Can. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is gooseberries, yoghurt, some white wine funk. Taste is gooseberry yoghurt, dough, jelly, not too sour. Oily mouthfeel with rather high carbonation. A bit sweet, but tasty.
